Your "Dedicated Account Manager" will rally our team of expert Recruiters and begin sourcing Candidates right away to get you resumes on your desk when YOU need them!

Next: We'll send resumes to you and YOU choose who you want to interview!
Your "Dedicated Account Manager" will personally interview and screen Candidates and send you the resumes of only the most QUALIFIED talent that we've interviewed. We'll also provide you additional information that you won't find on the resume, such as a candidates job history, their personality and other important information.
Tell us which Candidates you'd like to meet and we'll take it from there. Typically, our Clients select 3- 5 Candidates, but there is no limit.
Your "Dedicated Account Manager" will set up the interviews and sent the invites. We'll make sure the Candidates are equipped with the job description and that the interview details have been confirmed.
After the interviews, we'll talk with our Candidates to get their thoughts and any new questions that may have come up after meeting with you. We'll gauge their interest level and send you the feedback so you know where you stand with each Candidate./

Next: Who's it going to be?
Tell us who you grabbed your attention! Was there a clear winner? And...no worries if you need a second look. We'll set up second interviews for you as well! If you feel you need more choices, we'll get to work sourcing for additional Candidates for you.
BUT...If you've made a choice, you'll decide on an offer and let us know when you want them to start. That's it. We'll get everything sorted from offer to acceptance! You can start your onboarding process with confidence, knowing that the Employee you've chosen has current references, and we've run a criminal background check to be sure that they're ready for their new career with you!

Remember, this is a process, so while we're busy getting your resume in front of our Clients, it's a great time to take a peek at our interview skill section!
Do some role playing with a pal if you're still not confident with your interview skills. Practice, practice, and then more practice.

Last Step: Interview with our Clients and get feedback!
We'll help you prepare for your interview with our Client and, you'll get feedback from us after your interview. We ask our Clients to help us to help you to understand if you nailed it as well as learning where your interview skills could used some slight tweaks.
If you get the offer, (Woot Woot) we'll be there with you until you've made your decision to accept or not and reach out after your first day.
If you didn't get the offer, (SIGH) we'll find out as much as we can about why not. We won't leave you hanging and you'll know as soon as we know.
